How does Amour Vert stay committed to eco fashion?

Where are Amour Vert clothes made?

All of our clothing is sewn in San Francisco, CA.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We are happy to offer free USPS domestic shipping.  If you're within the United States, we never charge for outgoing or return shipping, unless you want to upgrade your shipping method.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and typically take 2 business days to arrive.  Please allow additional time for shipping outside the continental US. 

How do I use my store credit?

Do you have a remaining balance on your store credit?  When you place your order and proceed to checkout, you will be given the option to apply that credit to your order when you reach the payment menu.  If you have any questions regarding your balance or applying it to your order, please email us atwebshop@amourvert.com or call us at 855-ECO-MADE.

What size should I order?

You will find a link to our size guide on each product page.  If you need additional help picking your perfect size, please email us at webshop@amourvert.com or call us at 855-ECO-MADE.

What is your return policy?

We hope you love your Amour Vert garments.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we'll do all we can to make it right. We'll gladly accept the return of any unworn Amour Vert garments for an exchange or store credit within 90 days of your purchase date and we'll pay for the shipping! Please note that all SALE items are FINAL SALE.

If you have received your Amour Vert garment as a gift, we will gladly exchange size and/or color.

We pay for all shipping on domestic returns and exchanges. International customs requirements unfortunately don’t let us provide prepaid shipping labels for our international customers, but we will gladly pay for the outbound shipping on international exchanges.

How do I return or exchange an item?

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order the item is under by clicking the "Complete Orders" link under the “My Account” menu and click the “Return Item(s”) button. Once you have submitted your request, please await response from an Amour Vert Customer Care representative for Return Authorization. Please see our Return Policy Should you need more assistance, please contact us at returns@amourvert.com.

Returns are processed Monday through Friday.  We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Why are items sometimes out of stock?

You may find that your size is not available in a particular product.  This is due to the popularity of that particular item.  If it was an item that you had your heart set on, please email us at webshop@amourvert.com and we’d be happy to check whether there will be more of that product available in the future.
