It is our mission to make eco-fashion wearable and affordable wherever you are!

Therefore we provide free USPS domestic shipping! If you're within the United States, we never charge for outgoing or return shipping, unless you want to upgrade your shipping method.

If you are an international customer, we ship with USPS or UPS and charge you exactly what they charge us for your initial outbound shipment. The average cost is about $19. Our carriers don't let us currently pay for return shipping on international returns, but if you make an exchange, we'll gladly ship your exchange back to you at no cost. Returns Policy

We hope you enjoy your Amour Vert garments. Our priority is to make sure you love them. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we'll do all we can to make it right. We'll gladly accept the return of any unworn Amour Vert garments for an exchange or full refund at within 90 days of your purchase date and we'll pay for the shipping! Please note that all sale items are final sale.

If you have received your Amour Vert garment as a gift, we will gladly exchange size and/or color.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the “My Account” menu and click the “Return Item(s”) button. The return label is valid for 24 hours after it has been issued. Returns are processed Monday through Friday.  We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We pay for all shipping on domestic returns and exchanges. International customs requirements unfortunately don’t let us provide prepaid shipping labels for our international customers, but we will gladly pay for the outbound shipping on international exchanges.
